This is a wheel stopper stay with a mounting base. Conventional wheel stopper stays had to be attached to a metal plate or similar before they could be installed on the side bumper of a truck. This product can be installed directly on the side bumper. This product is exclusively for the new high-plastic wheel stopper (large) that we sell.
