The JB Aluminum Side Bumper End Cap Stainless Steel for 100H is a cap to cover the cut part of the aluminum side bumper when the tool box lid or the arm of the gate opening and closing auxiliary device interferes with the aluminum side bumper body. Please fix it with rivets.

[ JB Aluminum Side Bumper Assembly Method ]

〇How to install the JB aluminum side bumper body and corner parts: Insert one M8 x 20 hexagon bolt into the corner part, insert it from the end of the body, cover the corner back plate (for aluminum extrusions), and secure the bolt with an M8 hexagon nut, M8 spring washer, and M8 flat washer. (※Please use JIS M8 hexagon bolt.)

* The hexagon bolt M8 x 20, hexagon nut M8, spring washer M8, and flat washer M8 required for assembling the JB aluminum side bumper are not included. Please prepare them yourself.
